Should I push harder?<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> A: Maybe. Or maybe your expectations are based on a fantasy version of your company-one with 10x the people and zero tech debt. Stretching your team is leadership. Snapping them is mismanagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Q: Isn&#8217;t ambition what drives innovation?<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> A: Absolutely. But so does recovery. Even elite athletes take rest days. Your team doesn&#8217;t need less ambition. It&#8217;s what got you this far. But if it goes unchecked, it becomes chaos. The goal isn&#8217;t to shrink your dreams. It&#8217;s to make them livable-for you <em>and<\/em> the people building them with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can still be the visionary. Still the maverick.
