All while answering Slack pings and pretending you&#8217;re not three tabs deep in AI news.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you&#8217;re reading this with five open tasks and a <a href=\"https:\/\/wrinkledegg.com\/index.php\/2025\/06\/05\/calendar-discipline-the-founder-habit-that-changes-everything\/\">calendar shaped like Tetris<\/a>, you&#8217;re not alone. Founders aren&#8217;t just short on time. They&#8217;re overloaded on cognition. It&#8217;s the mental tax of constant switching, shallow thinking, and decision fatigue. It&#8217;s shipping a new feature while fundraising, hiring, and rewriting your own onboarding emails. You&#8217;ll win by thinking clearer.
